Learn how to make jams and jellies, chutneys and
cordials and liqueurs

June 2019

Abundance Wimbledon are running 3 courses in June introducing the principles and practices of making home made jam, jelly, chutney, cordials and liqueurs.
Courses will cost £20 and will include all the ingredients. (Apart from the alcohol base for the liqueur course) Everyone is asked to bring their own jars and containers to take home samples of the finished products.  A £10 deposit is required to secure your place. Places are limited to 6 per course.

Tuesday 11th June  10.00 to 12.00 am. Jams and Jellies.
Thursday 13th June. 10.00  to 12.00am Chutney.
Tuesday 18th June.   10.00 to 12.00. Cordials and Liqueurs.

Classes are held in SW18 and SW17.

Join us for these relaxed and friendly hands on courses and learn how to wow your family and friends with home made preserves and produce which, of course, make fabulous presents for all occasions. Participants will also have the opportunity to join other Abundance jam-makers, using up unwanted fruit over the summer. If you'd like to come or would like more information, please contact Sue at [email protected]
